Extra-curricular activities such as excursions, incursions and camps give students an excellent oppurtunity to learn outside the classroom environment and integrate important life skills with fellow students and teachers.
Excursions
We strive to provide students with a range of excursions across year levels. These extra-curricular activities are an excellent opportunity to enhance your student's core learning.
Parents will be invoiced six weeks in advance of any excursion, to allow ample time for payment. Students will also require a completed permission slip to attend, a copy of which will be provided by their classroom teacher.
Due to venue confirmation requirements, no late payments can be accepted after the due date.
Incursions
School-wide incursions provide a value-for-money experience for students in all year levels to enhance their learning with hands-on activities. Our annual Street Science incursion encourages students to explore and investigate the foundations of science by involving them in fun experiments and supervised activities on school grounds.
Camp
We offer camps for Years 4 and 6, as an opportunity for students to develop their confidence, resilience, and interpersonal skills.
Camp involves two overnight stays and three days of activities at a certified venue. Students are accompanied by their classroom teachers, and participate in a range of team and individual development activities.
Camp spaces are limited, and all parents are offered the opportunity to secure their student's place with a deposit. We aim to give parents as many options as possible to provide their students with this opportunity.
